Trammel Tooling Pty Ltd was incorporated in South Australia in 1982. The Company’s core business is the design, project management and manufacture of Press Tools, Plastic Injection Moulds, Jigs & Fixtures, Precision Machining (CNC Milling, CNC Turning) and Special Purpose Machinery. Since it’s inception the company has grown from an owner operator run business into a highly respected company that now employs thirty people at it’s Johansson Road, Wingfield facility. Trammel Tooling Pty Ltd were endorsed to ISO9001-2015 Quality Management, but we are now self-auditing with our own Quality Management System in place.
The Company has achieved an excellent reputation throughout industry as a quality driven, professional organisation with the focus on customer service. The diverse capabilities of the company allow it to manufacture tooling for a broad section of the manufacturing, foundry, automotive, mining and white goods industries.
For it’s achievements, the Company has won the Press Tool category at The South Australian Centre for Manufacturing’s inaugural Toolmaker of the Year Awards in December 1997.
Trammel Tooling then went on to consolidate it’s position with wins in this category in the following two years, culminating in winning the prestigious “Toolmaker of the Year” Award in December 1999. The Company has received recognition on each occasion that it has entered. These achievements have established Trammel Tooling as having the most consistent performance record in the awards history.
